As architects we are guided by our philosophy. We create spaces that have a strong sense of originality consists in returning to the origin. We use tools of artistry concept, craft and patination of materials.

Lake Community PARKView projectLake Community PARK is located in the center of Huong Thuy new urban area, about 13.5 km southeast of Hue city center; The PARK is located adjacent to Phu Bai airport, North-South railway line (about 3.5km from Huong Thuy station), convenient to connect tourists from to the area.

Thien An Community PARKView projectCOMMUNITY PARK represents the exchange process between communities coming to a new land to settle down and live. They bring a lot of knowledge, customs and ambitions to create a life in the new land. Community is the space for them to open up, exchange, learn and grow. The process of agglomeration, interference and experimentation between communities has molded a new character for the culture of the historic ancient capital.

Dragon d’AnnamView project“The Dragon d’Annam is a place where the mountains and the sea come together, standing between the South and the North, the land is high, the mountains and rivers are surrounding. In waterways, there are Thuan An and Tu Hien the mouth of the sea bay, which are deep and dangerous; by road, Hoanh Son and Hai Van gates are blocked; The great river opens the front, the high mountain protects the back, the adoration dragon and guard tiger, the place is solid, it is arranged by heaven and earth, it is truly the king’s capital.”

PHU DOAN PLAZAView projectThe Plaza provides universal accessibility by bringing the entire site to street level, and encourages use throughout the day. The entire Plaza, with its generous lawn, interactive fountain, café, and ample seating amidst green groves of native plantings, are all built atop the nexus of Philadelphia’s multi-modal transit system and acts as a connective gateway to all of Philly’s neighborhoods. The park functions as a 8.190 sqm. creating a welcome all-season spot for relaxation and public recreation.

Mine Art GalleryView projectCam Pha coal mine was established by the French in 1886 with the name Société Francais des Charbonneges du Tonkin under King Tu Duc. The stratigraphic structure of the coal mine is deepened in the shape of deep underground terraces. The coal seams gradually revealed themselves in the light that cut through the valley.

Majestic Hotel RenovationView projectEstablished by Hui-Bon-Hoa company (the owner was a Chinese-Vietnamese called Uncle Hoa).Situated right on the corner of Catinat Street (now Dong Khoi Street) and Quai de Belgique Street (now Ton Duc Thang Street). Carrying the then favorite baroque architecture style, the hotel became one of the most elegant and impressive buildings in Saigon after it was finished in 1925. Majestic had three stories and 44 bedrooms, according to a French architect’s original design.

Vertical Green HighriseView projectThe high-class Condotel hotel complex creates a connection with the tourist landscape of Cap Saint-Jaques beach, connecting with the coast and surrounding urban public activities, creating an attractive destination for tourists and users. An open space with a variety of services will become a public space where shopping-entertainment-rest and relaxation activities will take place day and night.
