Suối vẫn reo theo nhịp của thời cuộc để âm thầm vá víu những thương tổn hiện sinh.
Dòng nước nương nhờ địa thế len lỏi tự do toả vết tràn ngập, biến cả khung trời rộng lớn nằm gọn trong chiếc bát ngửa mặt nhìn mây. Tiếng lách tách của cá đớp nước, tiếng va đập vào nhánh củi khô, tiếng gió reo lăn tăn phủ bạc lấp lánh soi bóng cả một khoảng rừng non, tiếng vỗ không thành tiếng của loài cò trắng trên mặt nước, thong thả tìm cơ hội trong cuộc mưu sinh đầy nghiệt ngã. Trong cái nắng nhẹ một buổi chớm đông, nhịp chảy âm thầm vọng ra từ thân cầu dẫn nước (aquaduct) tạo nên một hoà âm đầy tĩnh lặng.

They bring with them vast knowledge, unique customs, and aspirations to build a life in this new place. The community serves as a space for openness, exchange, learning, and growth. The process of convergence, interaction, and experimentation among these communities has shaped a distinctive character for the culture of the historic ancient capital.
The park recreates the process of community formation through five main spaces:
- Meeting Space
- Exchange Space
- Agglomeration Space
- Experimental Space
- Performance Space
Each space embodies a unique form and function, representing a distinct stage in the process of community and cultural exchange.

An elegant white tone as the main theme, featuring multi-layered spaces with depth and subtle connections. The space is shaped with soft curves inspired by abstract nature creating a sense of fluidity and natural flow in the architecture. The decorative surfaces of loose furniture are finished with high-quality Vietnamese lacquer techniques. Natural light blends harmoniously with artificial lighting, interacting with materials like glass, lacquer, premium fabrics, and marble, evoking emotional contrasts between light, material, and space. The overall design exudes a contemporary artistic elegence.

Next project | Clay Pottery Gallery
Inspired by Professor Thai Kim Lan’s collection of over 7,000 ceramic artifacts recovered from the Perfume River, the idea was conceived to restore and elevate these artifacts to reflect their true value. All ceramic products originate from the earth and are matured through fire. The intense heat of fire hardens the earth, enabling it to endure the test of time.
To symbolize this tempering quality, dark red painted steel will be used. The interplay of contrasting elements—hot and cold, hard and soft—will be applied in the design language to accentuate the significance of time and place.

Next project | Artist Ca Le Thang and the exhibition “Dong Chim Day Nuoc”
The exhibition “Dong Chim Day Nuoc”, taking place at Wiking Salon from December 14, 2024 to January 19, 2025, is an event marking the more than three-decade artistic journey of the famous painter Ca Le Thang. With more than 20 emotional works, the exhibition not only reflects childhood memories of the flood season in the West, but also tells the story of inner rebirth through abstract art. Curated by Le Thien Bao, this event promises to bring an in-depth look at the journey of searching for and affirming the unique artistic language of one of the pioneers of Vietnamese fine arts.

Next project | Majestic Hotel Renovation
Established by the Hui-Bon-Hoa Company (owned by a Chinese-Vietnamese businessman known as Uncle Hoa), the hotel is located at the corner of Catinat Street (now Dong Khoi Street) and Quai de Belgique Street (now Ton Duc Thang Street). Designed in the popular baroque architectural style of the time, the hotel became one of Saigon’s most elegant and impressive buildings upon its completion in 1925.
The Majestic initially had three stories and 44 bedrooms, as per the original design by a French architect. In 1948, the Indochina Tourism and Exhibition Department, led by the Frenchman Franchini Mathieu, purchased the ground and first floors of the hotel and leased 44 rooms for 30 years.
The hotel was officially rated as a five-star establishment in 2007. In July 2011, construction began on two new towers along Nguyen Hue Street, adding 353 rooms to the hotel.
However, over time, the usage of the space and the integration of modern equipment have diminished the building’s original value. The goal of the redesign and renovation is to restore its luxury and evoke the essence of the famous Indochinese architectural style, reminiscent of old Saigon.
