The high-class Condotel hotel complex seamlessly integrates with the scenic landscape of Cap Saint-Jacques beach, connecting the coast with surrounding urban public activities to create an alluring destination for tourists and residents alike.

This open space, offering a variety of services, will serve as a vibrant public hub where shopping, entertainment, relaxation, and leisure activities take place around. The complex, consisting of two towers—one 40 stories tall and the other 10 stories with service podiums—spans a total usable area of 130,000 square meters, adding energy and dynamism to Cap Saint-Jacques beach city.

The active spaces, featuring panoramic sea views, foster a harmonious connection between the buildings and the stunning surrounding landscape. All functional areas are designed to be open, filled with natural light, greenery, and a sense of unity with the blue sky and deep ocean. A system of plazas, flower gardens, cascading waterfalls, and vertical green walls enhances the project’s appeal, creating a unique and inviting environment.

Thien An Community Park, Hue symbolizes the exchange process among communities settling in a new land. They bring with them vast knowledge, unique customs, and aspirations to build a life in this new place. The community serves as a space for openness, exchange, learning, and growth. The process of convergence, interaction, and experimentation among these communities has shaped a distinctive character for the culture of the historic ancient capital.

The park recreates the process of community formation through five main spaces:

• Exchange Space
• Agglomeration Space
• Experimental Space
• Performance Space

Each space embodies a unique form and function, representing a distinct stage in the process of community and cultural exchange.

Trong bối cảnh hiện nay khi thế giới đang đối mặt với những thách thức lớn về môi trường, biến đổi khí hậu và sự phát triển bền vững, giá trị phổ quát của kiến trúc chính là nâng cao phẩm giá của con người trong mối tương quan với thiên nhiên. Phẩm giá này được tạo dựng dựa trên các nền tảng sau:

1. Kiến trúc là cầu nối giữa con người và thiên nhiên: Kiến trúc không chỉ là việc tạo ra những công trình để che chở con người mà còn là cách để con người kết nối với thiên nhiên một cách hài hòa. Thiết kế kiến trúc tốt phải tôn trọng và phản ánh mối quan hệ tự nhiên giữa con người và môi trường, thay vì tách biệt hoặc đối đầu với thiên nhiên.
2. Nâng cao phẩm giá con người: Kiến trúc có khả năng nâng cao chất lượng cuộc sống và phẩm giá con người thông qua việc tạo ra những không gian đẹp, tiện nghi và ý nghĩa. 3. Thiên nhiên là nguồn cảm hứng vô tận: Thiên nhiên không chỉ là yếu tố cần được bảo vệ mà còn là nguồn cảm hứng vô tận cho kiến trúc. Các nguyên tắc tự nhiên như sự cân bằng, đa dạng và thích ứng có thể được áp dụng vào thiết kế. Kiến trúc tương lai cần học hỏi từ thiên nhiên để tạo ra các giải pháp bền vững và hiệu quả.
4. Kiến trúc bền vững là trách nhiệm đạo đức: Trong bối cảnh biến đổi khí hậu và suy thoái môi trường, kiến trúc có trách nhiệm đạo đức trong việc bảo vệ thiên nhiên và giảm thiểu tác động tiêu cực. Kiến trúc bền vững không chỉ là xu hướng mà còn là sự cần thiết để đảm bảo tương lai cho các thế hệ sau.
5. Kiến trúc tương lai chính là tạo dựng sự hài hòa giữa con người, thiên nhiên và công nghệ: Kiến trúc tương lai cần kết hợp hài hòa giữa nhu cầu của con người, sự tôn trọng thiên nhiên và ứng dụng công nghệ tiên tiến. Công nghệ không nên là yếu tố thống trị mà là công cụ để hỗ trợ con người sống hòa hợp với thiên nhiên.

A Journey of Riverside Culture and Traditional Craft
Mang Thit – more than just a name, it is the pulse of a riverside culture unique to the Mekong Delta. Inspired by the legendary Thay Cai Canal, where the nearly century-old brick and ceramic craft village flourished, the stage for the 2024 Mang Thit Brick and Ceramic Festival promises to be a creative symbol, not only preserving but also spreading the values of tradition.

1. A Floating Stage on the River – A Symbol of Harmony Between Culture and Nature
Imagine a stage designed as a living painting on water, where wooden boats adorned with shimmering lights drift gently, carrying the echoes of time and life. The main stage is not merely a place for performances but a “creative island” floating on the canal, pulsating as the heart of nature.
On the stage, the iconic imagery of traditional brick kilns will be reimagined through a blend of lighting and materials, creating a space that feels both familiar and magical. The arches of red bricks – a signature of Mang Thit – will be crafted as gateways to a journey of cultural discovery while producing dazzling reflections on the water’s surface.

2. Dynamic Living Scenes – When Riverside Life Becomes Art
Beyond being a static stage, the festival elevates its appeal with vibrant, living scenes performed directly on the river. Boats loaded with red-fired bricks, artistic ceramics, and baskets of orchard fruits will become part of the performance – telling the story of diligent, skillful locals.
The audience will not just watch but feel immersed in the flow of life during the craft village’s heyday. Cultural performances such as traditional opera, southern folk music, or ceramic dance displays will unfold on vividly decorated boats, gracefully moving across the water.

Lighting is the soul of the festival. The entire event space will be enveloped in modern artistic lighting, seamlessly blending with natural light reflections on the water. Multicolored laser effects will not only create a mystical atmosphere but also convey the theme of harmony between tradition and modernity.
Light beams will sketch the iconic brick kilns glowing against the night sky, while floating lanterns released on the river will symbolize hope, gratitude, and pride for Mang Thit’s traditional brick and ceramic craft.

Vinhho Biography
Ho Viet Vinh is a Vietnamese architect who graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1995 from the University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, where he received an award for creative design in his final year. He is a Registered Architect in Vietnam, a Registered Urban Planner in Ho Chi Minh City, and a member of the Association of Architects and Urban Planners of Vietnam.
Vinh’s career began in 1995 with participation in several design competitions in Ho Chi Minh City. That same year, he became a lecturer in the Urban Planning Department at the University of Architecture.
In 1998, he won second prize in the international competition organized by the Summer Workshop of Cergy-Pontoise, France, with the theme “Ho Chi Minh City and the Saigon River.”
In 2005, he was awarded a special prize in another international competition by the Summer Workshop of Cergy-Pontoise, France, for his project “Can Gio Emotional City.”
In 2010, he participated in the U.S. International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) focusing on Sustainable Urban Planning.
In 2015, Vinh was selected by the Lebadang Creative Foundation to design the Lebadang Memory Space Museum in Hue. During this time, he also became the Director of the Fund.

The Fish Farm Village, Aquaculture Farm and Eco-Experience Resort is an ecologically-oriented aquaculture area integrated with tourism, offering eco-experiential living connected to cultivation zones and linked with surrounding eco-tourism destinations. It creates a unique, meaningful, and captivating agricultural and experiential tourism landscape along Co Chien River.

Master plan
The resort harmoniously blends humanity with nature, where service spaces are seamlessly integrated into a lush, green ecosystem. Like a hidden village nestled beneath the canopy, it floats serenely on the lake, preserving the pristine beauty of the natural terrain while protecting and nurturing the riverside ecosystem.
The Cork Village Villa stands out as a unique highlight, resembling a floating village on the lake. Its gentle, fishbone-like layout positions each villa to quietly embrace endless views of the legendary Co Chien River.
Here, visitors are invited to immerse themselves in the rhythm of nature and the local community. Stroll through fragrant pineapple fields, lose yourself amidst rows of vibrant vegetables, or glide across the water to catch fresh fish straight from the lake. This is more than just a place to rest—it is an invitation to forge a heartfelt connection with the essence of the homeland.

The Concept for the Thu Thiem Master Plan envisions a lush peninsula of trees and waterways. Its urban spatial morphology is designed to achieve a balanced scale, harmonizing with the existing urban fabric. The central square is seamlessly connected by canals, directing water flows through the wetland forest. Along the banks of the Saigon River, open parks create a buffer that bridges the high-density urban spaces on the river’s west side.

The master plan for the Thu Thiem New Urban Center triumphed over 29 competing proposals (14 international and 15 Vietnamese) to earn high acclaim. The selected plan, originally proposed by SASAKI Inc., incorporated additional ideas during the detailed planning stage.
The selection committee, comprising renowned domestic and international urban experts, included figures such as Professor John Lang from New South Wales, Professor William S.W. Lim from Singapore, Professor Nguyen The Ba, and Professor Nguyen Manh Thu.

Huế stands as one of the rare ancient capitals in urban history, crafted with emotion; it embodies unique human values and serves as a perfect bridge between humanity and the cosmos. As one wanders through its Imperial City, a poetic soul seems to linger, inviting reflection. Time flows slowly here, awakening seeds of love that draw us back to childhood memories. Every street corner, every road, and every structure is steeped in nostalgia and gently dusted by time. Each architectural masterpiece tells its own historical tale, weaving the legend of this Sacred Land. The poetic city of Huế manifests not only in its physical form but also in the mythical tales surrounding its river’s origins. Whether these stories bring joy or sorrow, they remain an integral part of us. The endless inspiration for love that creates this poetic city originates from the Perfume River and Ngự Bình Mountain. Cao Bá Quát once likened the Perfume River to: “A long river standing like a sword in the blue sky.”

Huế: A land of Legends, with its tangible and intangible cultural heritage of the Chăm community. From the Phú Diên Tower and Hòn Chén Temple to the Thành Lồi Citadel, these are remnants of the Champa Kingdom in Huế. The influence of Chăm aesthetics in music, architecture, sculpture, and cuisine is distinctly evident in Huế’s cultural treasures.

Huế: A land of Memory, continuing the legacy of the Tây Sơn and Nguyễn dynasties, both glorious and tragic. With nine Lords and thirteen Nguyễn emperors, it formed the land of Thuận Hoá over 720 years, contributing eight cultural heritages to the world.

Huế: A land of Romantic Wisdom. The great intellectuals of Vietnam in modern history were directly or indirectly influenced by the magnificent and splendid culture of Thuận Hoá-Phú Xuân.

Today, Huế has reclaimed its position as a unique cultural center of Vietnam and Asia, embodying the nation’s spirit of integration to enrich its treasury of wisdom and romance for enduring values. The journey is carried by the love for the homeland and the wisdom of the era, crafting a new visage worthy of history and the times. A message both affirming and reminding us not to forget, as playwright Đào Tấn expressed: “Together we drink the waters of the Perfume River, yet none comprehend its fragrant essence.”
