Solid and rough are the emotions of BaoLoc. Spatial topography consists of interlaced hills, layers hidden under layers of cold pine forests. In that autumn silence, the clouds are the witch who transforms to soften the rough, dry and cold.

Intro
The Fish Farm Village, Aquaculture Farm and Eco-Experience Resort is an ecologically-oriented aquaculture area integrated with tourism, offering eco-experiential living connected to cultivation zones and linked with surrounding eco-tourism destinations. It creates a unique, meaningful, and captivating agricultural and experiential tourism landscape along Co Chien River.

Master plan
The resort harmoniously blends humanity with nature, where service spaces are seamlessly integrated into a lush, green ecosystem. Like a hidden village nestled beneath the canopy, it floats serenely on the lake, preserving the pristine beauty of the natural terrain while protecting and nurturing the riverside ecosystem.
The Cork Village Villa stands out as a unique highlight, resembling a floating village on the lake. Its gentle, fishbone-like layout positions each villa to quietly embrace endless views of the legendary Co Chien River.
Here, visitors are invited to immerse themselves in the rhythm of nature and the local community. Stroll through fragrant pineapple fields, lose yourself amidst rows of vibrant vegetables, or glide across the water to catch fresh fish straight from the lake. This is more than just a place to rest—it is an invitation to forge a heartfelt connection with the essence of the homeland.

The concept of the project is a hybrid space without fixed determinations or boundaries. We envision a space that seamlessly integrates botany, meditation, and art—a sanctuary where individuals can care for themselves slowly and mindfully, embracing relaxation.

Drawing inspiration from nostalgia and natural materials, the space is crafted by artisans and adorned with artworks that celebrate beauty in imperfection, echoing real environments. The façade is constructed from breezeway blocks, allowing sunlight and natural ventilation to flow through, eliminating the need for artificial air conditioning systems.

A spiral staircase wraps around the courtyard, featuring a rendered banister and concrete treads, leading to an open art workshop and meditation space designed to inspire tranquility and creativity.

The overarching goal is to foster a minimalist lifestyle that honors the slow passage of time. Lava stones, with their textured surfaces, reflect dynamic shades as sunlight moves throughout the day, creating an ever-changing interplay of forms and light.

Có những điều thoạt nghe thấy trái ngược nhưng khi ngẫm cho thật kỹ thì ta thấy chí lý vô cùng. Người thông thái khuyên ta rằng:

“Đừng nói gì trừ khi bạn đã học được cách im lặng.”

Điều này có nghĩa rằng nếu bạn chưa đủ thời gian để nghĩ suy thật sâu, thật tường tận vấn đề thì lời nói sẽ hời hợt, nông cạn và thiếu sức thuyết phục. Trong ngạn ngữ Việt cũng có câu: “uốn lưỡi bảy lần trước khi nói” là vậy! Cuộc sống gấp gáp, nhịp đập cuồng quay tác động làm cho ta cũng đảo điên theo sự trôi lăn.
Vậy im lặng là ngồi im mặc cho cuộc đời kéo trôi hay sao?
Không hề!
Diễn dịch theo ngôn ngữ đạo là “im lặng hùng tráng”, tịnh khẩu để thân tâm tập trung khai mở năng lượng tuệ, chiếu kiến để thấu đạt vấn đề. Sau khi quán được bản chất sự vật, hiện tượng ta sẽ dễ dàng hiểu và minh giải được căn nguyên của nó. Từ đó ngôn từ của ta sẽ chuyên chở được đầy đủ thể, tướng và dụng để lời nói trở nên có phẩm chất. Ông bà ta thường chê những lời nói “sáo rỗng” nghĩa là không có phẩm chất, chỉ là đùa vui vậy thôi.
Để im lặng đạt đến sự hùng tráng mà không phải câm lặng là cả một quá trình tu thân và hiểu đạo. Người tu thân phải buông bỏ được tà kiến để thấy được tánh không của vạn pháp mà ngay cả thân và tâm ta cũng do duyên hợp nên bản tánh là không, giả danh và hư dối.
Thấy được như vậy thì ta sẽ hoà làm một với vấn đề mà ta muốn biết nên ta sẽ hiểu nó như nó đã là. Khi đó ta sẽ thông đạt thực tướng để nói những điều nên nói và những điều nên im lặng.

The exhibition “Dong Chim Day Nuoc”, taking place at Wiking Salon from December 14, 2024 to January 19, 2025, is an event marking the more than three-decade artistic journey of the famous painter Ca Le Thang. With more than 20 emotional works, the exhibition not only reflects childhood memories of the flood season in the West, but also tells the story of inner rebirth through abstract art. Curated by Le Thien Bao, this event promises to bring an in-depth look at the journey of searching for and affirming the unique artistic language of one of the pioneers of Vietnamese fine arts.

“With childhood memories of the flood season in the Mekong Delta, Ca Le Thang breathed life into his paintings with intense, expressive brushstrokes. He created a natural abstraction, both dreamlike and realistic: where memories and emotions intersect.”

Có nơi nào trong ta chưa hề có mưa! Mưa là một cái cớ để yêu nhau, để nhìn về những hoài niệm và cảm xúc. Talkshow Sắc mưa là giọt cảm xúc rơi vào chính bản thân, để gột rửa, để dẫn lối ta chầm chậm cảm nhận cuộc sống. Thông qua chia sẻ của các diễn giả với góc nhìn kiến trúc, văn thơ, nhạc và họa. Để nhìn ngắm một “chiếc tôi” đáng yêu thông qua tọa đàm này, ta cho mình một trải nghiệm mới, một cảm nhận tâm tính của mưa, và đôi khi là của chính mình…

Ngày 11/5/2024 vừa qua, chuỗi toạ đàm Color & More được thực hiện bởi nhóm Color & More, ấn phẩm KT&ĐS và công ty Paint & More đã mở đầu với chủ đề “Sắc mưa” diễn ra tại OneCoat Studio 458A Điện Biên Phủ, phường 17, quận Bình Thạnh, TP.HCM. Các diễn giả tham gia gồm PGS. TS. KTS. Nguyên Hạnh Nguyên, Bác sĩ CKII Đặng Bảo Ngọc, KTS Hồ Viết Vinh và họa sĩ Việt Anh.
